Are you recovering from a mental disorder? Or have you been cured of one? Would you like to draw what that looks like, or write a poem about it?

Send your art or poetry to contact@healyourmentaldisorder.com. If it's selected, you'll see it posted in the Poetry and Art Corner. Your contact information will not be posted.

Tell us whether you want your name posted, or whether you choose to be anonymous. Or you can use your initials, like this poet did:

HEALING HAIKU

release the dam, water is free

hearts can heal, inside
