EVER HAD A SONG STUCK IN YOUR HEAD?

picture2-1.webp

Dr. Krishna Raju says that music is a sound vibration, and so it can send us vibrating along with it—much like a tuning fork sets air molecules vibrating along with it.

And some studies seem to back up the doctor. People listened to classical music, for example, and they felt more relaxed, concentrated better, and slept better. (See Chapter 9.)

But a few minutes of heavy metal never hurt anyone, right? Maybe not, but often it’s far more than just a few minutes. Music can echo in our minds for hours, and even for a week. I’ve had songs that lingered with me for days on end. I couldn’t get them out of my mind.

So even though stressful music may only be on your radio or smartphone for a bit, you may turn it off only to find that it won’t leave you.

All the more reason to follow Dr. Jaya Ramanuja Raju’s advice: Listen to music that soothes you, and avoid the stuff that makes your mental symptoms worse.

Eat the bread of positivity, and youll nourish all your brain cells.

IF YOU FOLLOW THE DOCTORS' PROGRAM, YOU'LL HELP THE ENVIRONMENT

HERE ARE SEVEN REASONS WHY:

REASON NUMBER ONE:

Dr. Jaya Ramanuja Raju advises you to eat food that’s fresh—that’s not already cooked.

Think of all the packaging that ends up in landfills. Or in oceans and rivers. How many birds and sea animals will nibble on it and get sick, or choke to death?

And for every package you buy, somebody had to drag those raw materials out of the earth. And then someone else probably pumped gas or electricity through a machine to make your package. That means more greenhouse gases, heavy metals, and other air pollution. And more fuel wasted—fuel you could have saved if you’d cooked the food from scratch.

Unless your farmers are local, they also have to ship your processed food to your neighborhood store. And the store has to send out adverts to get you to buy it. More gasoline, paper, and other resources used up, to get you that ready-cooked meal.

REASON NUMBER TWO:

Dr. Jaya Ramanuja Raju advises you not to overeat. Even if you’re bringing your own bags, and buying beans, grains, and other food from bulk bins, someone still has to use land, water, and fuel to grow that food and get it to you. If you’ve been overeating, and you start to eat less, you may tear fewer Resources from Mother Earth.

REASON NUMBER THREE:

The doctor also says that the less seafood you eat, the better. People are overfishing our oceans. Many fish are dying before they can make babies to replace themselves. Species have gone extinct, or become endangered.

Just think: You could be less of a recipient of these small-fry catches than before.

REASON NUMBER FOUR:

The doctor says the same thing about red meat, poultry, and eggs: The less you eat them, the better.

The main reason so many of our tropical forests are tumbling down is that people make meat. Farmers feel they have to graze all those animals somewhere.

When they tear down those forests, they rob many wild animals of their homes. So, more species go extinct.

And the pollution from meat and egg-making! Animals’ poop dirtying our rivers and streams. Animals passing methane from their butts.

Then there are all the fossil fuels that farmers use to keep the industry going. Cut down big-time on your red meat, poultry, and eggs, and you may be doing Mother Earth a favor.

REASON NUMBER FIVE:

Dr. Jaya Ramanuja Raju says that it’s best to eat organic foods. The more you do that, the less pesticides and herbicides may pollute the soil.

REASON NUMBER SIX:

If you follow the program in Heal Your Mental Disorder, you’ll probably be using natural medicines more often, instead of synthetic drugs. Chalk up one more point for a more chemical-free, cleaner earth. REASON NUMBER SEVEN:

Dr. Krishna Raju says it’s best to wear natural fibers instead of synthetic ones. The more you do that, the less those chemicals may seep into the soil, and dirty the air.

PLAQUES ARE PLAQUES--C'MON FOLKS.

Scientists know that we can limit the plaques that build up on our arteries by eating better. Doctors say that if we eat less red meat and butter, for example, we can keep our arteries cleaner, and help prevent heart attacks.

So why can't we do the same for the plaques on our brain--like the ones that scientists found in autism and Alzheimer patients? Dr. Krishna Raju says that those plaques, too, are commonly caused by wrong diet. He recommends that people eat a plaque-safe diet, to prevent mental disorders.

He codirects Dr. Raju's Institute of Ayurveda, in Hyderabad, India, and helps many people get rid of their plaques--with herbs, massage, heat treatments, and enemas.

Yes, you can melt your plaques, and flush them out of your body. Chances are, they're the reason you have a mental disorder. So once you've dumped enough of them through your sweat, feces and urine, you've probably got your disorder licked. You're free.

In Heal Your Mental Disorder, you can find out how to do this at home, or at a clinic.

MENTAL DISORDERS

ARE EASY TO CURE

Many folks will tell you that your disorder is incurable. They’ll say that the only thing you can do is manage it—usually with drugs.

It reminds me of a time long ago when most people believed the world was flat. After all, the experts were saying it, and you have to believe the experts.

Physicians have been curing mental disorders for thousands of years. Many people have even been cured of schizophrenia with these methods—so why can’t you disappear your anxiety disorder, phobia, or depression?

Dr. Krishna Raju says you got your mental disorder because something weakened your mind. Maybe you were traumatized--say, by a head injury or by child abuse. But the doctor says it's much more likely that a lot of gunk clogged up your system and made your mind weak. All you have to do is clear the debris out, and you’ll be free.

Does this sound too simple? Is your brain so complex that surely you need complicated chemicals to straighten it out?*

Some so-called "complicated" problems are actually easy to solve. Take me and my fungus, for example. For years, I’d get it between my toes, and boy, did it itch.

A dermatologist prescribed an ointment, but I didn’t want to keep putting toxic chemicals on my skin that might seep through and harm me.

Then Dr. Jaya Ramanuja Raju (the main doctor in Heal Your Mental Disorder) advised me to keep my feet dry. I tried drying between my toes with a towel each day after I bathed. It worked! I rarely have the fungus now.

My problem had a simple solution. Your mental disorder probably does, too. Why not try out the doctors’ program In Heal Your Mental Disorder? You might just be surprised at how quickly you get well.

*Some people may need mental health drugs in order to function until the doctors' program in the book kicks in. But the drugs are not a cure.

Have you ever had a health problem that seemed hard to solve, and then you discovered an easy solution? Please inspire us.
